“I’ve gone to a lot of therapy in my life but nothing has been quite as effective and profoundly paradigm shifting as my weekly coaching sessions with Justin. If you are reading this, curious, wanting to grow, consider this a sign. Contact her. Working with Justin will change your life.”
“Justin’s super power is helping others discover their true self. She offers bold reflections from a place of love, humor, and compassionate honesty. Justin inspired me to take agency of my life and grow immensely in the realms of mental clarity, life purpose, and deliberate living. She was the conduit that helped me navigate my life with intention and encouraged me to go confidently in the direction of my dreams.”
“For the last six weeks, I’ve been doing weekly life coaching sessions with Justin and they’ve been absolutely transformational, no exaggeration. Honestly, several years ago I heard that an acquaintance was working with a life coach and my inner response was judgmental. Something rather snotty like, “you need a coach to do life? yikes, you must be a real loser!” (yes, my thinking used to be pretty harsh!)
Now my thoughts are, A: absolutely I need a life coach and all the mentorship and support I can possibly get! and B: why not take every possible opportunity to make choices for ourselves that enrich and beautify and add vibrancy and vigor to our lives and allow our best selves to emerge and shine forth?
Working with Justin has definitely done that. It has helped me clarify my values which has been deeply grounding and strengthening and has given me more inner security. It has helped me get really clear and prioritize what brings me joy and fills me up which has been inspiring and exciting and zesty. It has helped me discover and connect with my talents and gifts which has helped me to feel like a shiny jewel. It has helped me take clear steps toward those things that nourish me and bring joy to my life which has provided energy, empowerment, confidence and way more vigor and happiness and it has helped me move through obstacles that have been unconsciously holding me back for years and finally just do many of the things I’ve been deeply wanting to do, which has made me feel like a badass.
Listening more acutely to my joy and pursuing it has strengthened my connection with myself, my self-esteem, my intuition and overall quality of life and relationship with myself ten fold.
So there you go. If you want a way to support and increase your confidence, roundedness, inner strength, inner truth, inner wisdom, energy, life force, happiness and over all badassery, give Justin a call. She is an emotionally safe, deeply kind, empathic and loving person and she is a wonderful guide.”
“Justin is a coach who really listens. She holds space so magically for you that allows you to trust her with your heart. She is not only a wonderful and radiant person, but also a compassionate and caring coach. I had the good fortune of partnering with her in the startup phase of my business. Her constant encouragement and support helped me have some major breakthroughs. In fact, she is one the best accountability partners I’ve ever had. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a loving and supportive guide in their life design process.”
“I have never been to a life coach before. In fact, I have always had a certain disdain for people who went by “coach.” They were usually the track-suit-wearing types who blew whistles in your face while you ran the mile, or swam laps, or shot free-throws—usually against your will.
Even the moniker “coach” doesn’t sit well with me. It implies that I need coaching. That there is something that I lack, and I am not complete until the coach decides to hand it over. I never liked the idea that I was not complete until I learned how to jump-serve a volleyball, or throw a frisbee, or the rules to pickle ball. So I never liked coaches.
What I like about Justin though, is that she is decidedly not a coach, at least, not in the traditional sense. In fact, after meeting with her I realized that good life-coaches are actually not coaches at all. They are mindful listeners.
I spent nearly 2 hours with Justin, mulling over some tough choices. And unlike the coaches of my youth, she never dismissed anything I said. She listened to everything. And when I had finally exhausted myself, attentively and carefully, she simply asked me questions. And this is the beauty of her approach.
When others might be tempted to make the session about “dos” or “donts” or “shoulds” or “aughts”, Justin is careful to make the session about what is already inside you. She does not give you advice, so much as she gives you what you need so you can sit down, and finally start giving yourself advice.
So if you are looking for someone to solve your problems for you, or give you generic formulas or prophecies about your success, please don’t go see Justin. She won’t do those things. That would make her a coach.
But if you are looking for someone who will help you be reflexive, and be kind towards yourself, and step into your own power, please go see Justin. She is skillful enough, kind enough, and thoughtful enough to actually do those things, and that is quite rare.
And she will never blow a whistle in your face.”
